Women's Yoga Class


Ladies, Yoga is one of the best choices you can make for your health.

You Already Know Yoga Will Definitely:

As you tackle the challenge of a new pose, and I will be there to gently guide you through it, the joy of accomplishment does transfer off your yoga mat and into your daily life.

Join our Wednesday night class just for women, leave the men at home.

And yes, Yoga is for you, too! Big, small, inflexible, pregnant, former couch potatoes and definitely seniors. My class is geared toward the beginner or advanced beginner and I will not suggest poses that are not right for your body. The last 20 minutes of class are restorative poses designed to relax and refresh you. Our class is small and intimate, but full of support, encouragement and fun.
