"Every Woman Deserves This level of Support
and Care... A Better, Healthier YOU!"

Hello friend,

My name is Bahiyyah Parks.

I've spent the last few years really getting focused on my health and happiness. I've come across some amazing discoveries that have helped me find time for exercise, reduce stress, have more energy AND have a body that I absolutely love!

What has really amazed me is how much calmer I am. I have reduced my stress level over 50%. With five kids under 13, a thriving yoga and nutrition business and a husband, stress used to be my constant companion. In my six week Rapid Health Workshop, I'll show you how you can release stress and create abundant health.

I increased my level of physical and emotional health without dieting, without meditating for hours and without dropping the many activities and responsibilities I have acquired in my lifetime- and there are many.

In fact, the methods I used are now so ingrained in me that they are just habits. I don't have to force myself to do what helps me to look and feel good, I just want to - and I'll show YOU how you can look and feel healthier, more relaxed and even achieve your ideal body weight.

First, Let me share with you how I found these wonderful techniques for healthy living, and how YOU can use them to create abundant health for yourself.

There is something you should know about me,

I am a "book nut". I can spend hours perusing the health, self-improvement, cooking and exercise sections of Barnes & Nobles.

I have read many of the best-selling books in these genres from the last 40 years. Authors like Louise Hay, Andrew Weil, Dr. Oz, Sonia Choquette, Valerie Moran, Walter Willett, Michael Pollan. Later, I'll share with you some of my favorite books for making real Health changes in your life.

The fact is, during my time at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I've actually gotten to study with some of these same authors that I learned from and admired so much.

Each book offered sage advice and wonderful techniques. I would try them and they would work, for awhile. Then, I was on to the next.

But each book had some information that conflicted with the last. Often, the information became burdensome and restrictive.

I seemed everyone offered only a small piece of the whole.

Finally, I found the key...

I came across a school that taught a holistic approach to nutrition and living. The founder, Joshua Rosenthal explained the idea of "primary" and "secondary" food. Interestingly enough, primary food had nothing to do with the food you actually put in your mouth. Edible food was deemed secondary.

What could feed a person besides food? I was intrigued.

"We hunger for play, touch, romance, intimacy, love, achievement, success, art, music, self-expression, leadership, excitement, adventure and spirituality."

Primary foods are your career, relationships, physical activity and spirituality. When you are actively engaged in these, food is often overlooked or not focused on.

I knew this to be true. When my sons are with friends they can laugh and play for hours without stopping to eat. When it's just them, the kitchen can be grand central station.

Lovers can become drunk on love and forget food altogether.

Wow! This was what I was looking for. I couldn't achieve the level of satisfaction that I wanted to in my life because I was literally starving in some areas of my primary food.

When my spirituality wasn't being addressed, I had unconsciously relied on all the other types of food, including secondary. This led to strain on my relationships and physical activity. When one area is lacking, it strains all the others, because we begin to rely very heavily on them.

I have clients that rely heavily on secondary food because their primary foods are not being met. I have become an expert in recognizing which primary foods are the culprit. You will find that your relationship with food will change and thus your body and life will improve once you have identified where the lack is.

So, I had the concept that I needed, but this still didn't teach me HOW to make changes in my life or how to gauge which areas needed more work. I needed a system or strategies that would help me use my new knowledge.

How I created a system that gave me energy, reduced my stress and improved my body...

I had a wonderful husband, five lovely sons and a wealth of opportunities to pursue my talents. However, I couldn't enjoy it. I swung back and forth between feeling like I could handle things and feeling overwhelmed and tired.

I just didn't have the energy to play with the children as often as I would have liked, to pursue my cooking, soap-making or yoga.

I didn't feel good about my energy levels and my relationships and career were suffering. I begin to eat lots of sugary foods to maintain my energy. I'd get some things done, but never as much as I wanted to. So now my secondary foods were suffering too. I'd start the day with a hot chocolate. The fat, sugar and caffeine were comforting and helped me through the busiest part of my day: homeschooling my three oldest sons in the morning.

This continued for some time. My eyes developed dark circles, I noticed a lack of muscle tone in my thighs and arms, and my skin just seemed to lose its luster.

One day just ran into the next, and weeks would past without much getting done on my To-Do list.

One weekend I was in New York in a class taught by Paul Pitchford, he wrote, "Healing with Whole Foods". He said something that just turned a key in my brain and has helped me ever since.

"Prioritize three basic integrative steps in a person's pathway to enduring health: awareness practices, mindful movement including yoga, Tai chii and Qi Gong, and nutrition based on regional, (whole) foods."

Basically, Paul's saying that enduring health is a result of a triad: self awareness, movement and food.

You cannot focus on one at a time. If you want true success, have to have all three present to make a difference.

I began creating strategies that made keeping the triad in my life easy.

As I practiced them, they got easier and easier, now they are just habits!

The Strategy That Made the Difference to Lasting Change...

As I mentioned earlier, I have studied with many excellent teachers and authors who have taught me a great deal about Holistic Health & Wellness.

I truly admire them and their programs, diets, etc.

Some of the information has helped me and my clients significantly.

But, it was the idea of combining self awareness, movement and food into a morning ritual that really made the difference for me.

I had actually been doing these things for a long time already. But, I was just throwing them into my day when I could fit them in.

Now, every morning I would spend an hour dedicated to ME.

For Self Awareness, I would pray for 5 minutes and write in my journal for another 15-20 minutes.

For Physical Activity, I would take 30 minutes to practice yoga (Yoga actually counts as Physical Activity and Self Awareness- So, it's one of the best forms of movement you can do early in the morning).

For Food, I would spend my last 10 minutes preparing a really healthy breakfast for myself. This one step is deceptively simple, but HUGE in its impact on the rest of your day.

Think about this... If you usually skip breakfast or just have a piece of fruit or toast, when Lunch time comes around, you will justify yourself indulging in a BIG lunch, often something fatty.

The rationale is: "Well since I didn't really eat anything for breakfast, I can eat what I want for Lunch, right?" WRONG! Meals are not like game chips, you can't just save them up.

When your body doesn't get the proper fuel it needs and has to go many hours without food, it starts to not trust you. It begins to go into survival mode and will pack on fat and hold onto it for dear life!

After a heavy Lunch, you have two scenarios:

One, you might figure, "Well, I'm only having two meals today so I better make them count..." or

Two, you decide since you've already indulged at Lunch, might as well enjoy yourself for dinner as well. You'll do better tomorrow, right?

But what's different about tomorrow?

Well, what became different for me was awaking with a game plan in the morning that really rocketed me through the rest of my day.

The RESULT...

After eating a healthy breakfast, and I don't mean a bowl of Special K, I didn't want to clog up my system with junk, I continued to be aware of what I chose to eat and when.

I felt lighter. My mind was more clear and sharp.

My work improved and I actually increased my clientele.

I doubled my energy.

When emergencies or stressful situations came up, I could react calmly.

My body began to tighten and tone.

There was a 75% reduction in mother/wife rampages toward my family because of jelly on the door, clothes on the floor or the dreaded "I forgot".

I wasn't so tired anymore...

My day became REALLY efficient. The TO-DO list was getting done!

In a nut shell, "I was happier."

How my 12 years of studying nutrition, self-Improvement and Holistic Living can help YOU achieve Your Health Goals...

I have always wanted to create a system that would help any woman create more balance, health and harmony in her life. I truly believe women are the backbone of this world. We create and nurture (much more than just children), and most importantly, keep love alive on this globe.
Women can easily get into a pattern of caring for everyone else, and leaving themselves last.

I began to ask myself, "How can I help women care for themselves, FIRST?"

Then it hit me. I would create a women's workshop that would teach yoga, nutrition and other aspects of Holistic Health.

When diet changes, everything changes. Nutrition is the foundation of our health. The food you eat affects your body's health, your mood and productivity.

The workshop would focus on food and self care, but there would be plenty of other important information that would create balance in all of their primary foods (career, spirituality, physical activity and relationships).

And that's how the "Rapid Health Workshop" was created.

At first, I thought of just including this information as a bonus for my $1100-1200 one-on one coaching clients.

But as I started working on the CONTENT of the workshop, it became clear that this was much more information than I could fit into one or two classes. To really be effective, these principles have to be marinated on. A one day workshop just wasn't enough.

What I needed was a series of classes. I would present information and a few suggestions, then we would meet again two weeks later and see the progress.

Also, this level of resources and techniques really need to be shared and discussed in a group. Being with other dedicated, focused women will help to empower and inspire one another. A synergy of compassion and support is created in a women's group that has its own healing affects.

Ultimately, this workshop became a series of eight two-hour classes over the course of four months. The first workshop is May 1st.

I have created what I consider to be one of the best workshops on women's health there is. If you know me then you know I like to have lots of fun. This workshop will be lively and will include something for all five senses... and plenty of LAUGHTER!

The course is designed so that your life keeps improving long after the course is over.

Let me tell you about it...

Who This Workshop is Designed to Help Most

I created this workshop for women who are passionate about living or know that they want to be.

If one of these types of women are you, then this workshop is just what you've been looking for…

1)"Women Searching for 'Something More'"

Sometimes we get to a point where we feel stagnant. Perhaps you feel your weight loss has reached a level of plateau. Often, the things that satisfy and inspire us are no longer working. A change may be in order.

2)"Busy Moms"

This group is known for going the whole day without sitting down. I know some mothers that only eat whatever their children leave on their plates. These women are dedicated and driven, only, they are often neglectful of their own bodies and mind.

3)"Women Who Put Themselves LAST!"

If everyone and everything (work, family, friends, clubs, etc.) comes before self-care then you fall into this group. If you can't remember the last time you had FUN, you definitely fall into this group.

Who the Workshop is NOT For

Although this program is an amazing opportunity for any woman to create lasting changes that will create better health, Happiness and balance in her life. There are a few people that I recommend not to take advantage of this course.

1)Women Satisfied with Their Current Level of Health

If you never wonder about what you should be eating, never experience energy lags, adore your tummy and thighs, and wonder why others worry about developing nutrition-related disease, then you're doing GREAT! Keep up the good work, and check out the food page for recipes to keep things fresh.

2)Women Wanting Instant Results

Although the strategies taught in the Rapid Health Workshop can improve your mood and emotional state within days, the workshop is designed to make permanent changes to your body and mind, and that does take time. You will see results at the end of the six weeks as long as you utilize just a few of the techniques. You can begin today by creating your morning ritual.

3)Women Not Open to Learning

If you fall into this group then you have either heard it, done it or wrote it all. You know what you know, and that's all you want to know. This group is surely not for you. Every woman participating in Rapid Health will learn more than I could accurately account for in words. Including myself, each group teaches me something more, and I look forward to learning from you.

Bottom line: If you're satisfied with your current health levels... if you're expecting INSTANT results... or if you're not open to learning...then don't register for this program. It's probably not right for you.

A Program that Works...

You will meet other women with similar goals and challenges, learn energizing and calming yoga routines, renew your passion for good healthy food, and restock your toolbox of tips, tricks and techniques to have the best body and vitality ever.

So, you're wondering: What's this program going to cost you?

Actually, ask yourself a BETTER question: What's the VALUE of a program like this one?

Let's look at some numbers. First, think about this question:

How Much Money Do You Spend Eating Out?

What are you currently spending on take-out, a coffee and pastry or a vending machine quickie? Let's say you eat out for lunch. Depending on your area, Lunch can run you $10-20. To keep our numbers low, let's say you ONLY spend $10 a day on lunch. That's $50 a week, multiply that by 50 weeks and you spend at least $2500 a year on Lunch. Now the reality is that most people spend more than $10, so the number is actually much higher.

What about breakfast? Are you grabbing a $4 Latte every other day? How about that $6 breakfast sandwich?

AND, we haven't spoken about dinner. How often are you grabbing something on the go? Three, maybe four times a week. At an average cost of $15 for a decent dinner, just three times a week, you're spending $45 a week on dinner alone. Multiply that by 50 weeks and you're spending $2250 on Dinner in a year.

That's $95 a week or $5000 for 8 meals a week (5 Lunches, 3 Dinners). So what is not accounted for, is the other 13 meals, and don't forget snacks. Ice cream anyone?

So, did you calculate what you're spending eating out? Good.

Now let's say that the Rapid Health Program doesn't do everything you want it to. Let's be conservative and say that you ONLY learn great ways to cook Faster, Better Meals for yourself. They taste good, you feel good eating them, and now you rarely find yourself eating out, except for social occasions. You've just saved yourself $5000 a year.

Over a Year, You Get $5,000 Back in Your Pocket!

And again, this is only accounting for 5 Lunches and 3 Dinners a week. There's still another 13 meals PER WEEK. How much are they costing you?

I'll show you what to pick in the supermarket and how to save while doing it. Whether you shop at Giant or Whole Foods, there are strategies I can teach you to save even more on your food bill.

This program offers you LIVE support in the best of both worlds: Food and Movement.

I have kept this program affordable because I want as many women as possible to learn and share this level of success in their lives. I'm offering this opportunity at the low investment of $397-TOTAL.

The full program is 16 hours over a course of four months. That means you're getting personal attention and coaching for under $25 an hour.

An investment of less than $50 a week, about half as much as the $95 the average person spends eating out each week. As you can see, this program pays for itself.

If you're ready to take advantage of this opportunity, I'll see you May 1st.
